- lintel with inscription incised on upper protruding edge (l. 1) and on both sides of central decorative panel (ll. 2–8)

- central raised panel with sculptured rosette representing Maltese cross surrounded by vine leaves; cornice running along whole lintel
- State of preservation
- broken into two parts to the left of central panel; part of cornice lacking as well as lower left corner and part of lower right surface, but without damage to text
